Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Abbott's CRM Product lines through technical support to medical and sales personnel. This role entails providing timely responses to technical questions from the field or internal sources, as well as reporting relevant information to competent authorities within Abbott.
This position involves attending implants, follow-ups, and supporting issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive technical support across the national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow-ups).
2. Conduct product presentations and training on product utilization for customers.
3. Support physicians during clinical studies enrollment and follow-up phases.
4. Assist Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department with additional tasks and projects.
5. Promote an Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers.
6. Communicate feedback and information on supported implants and procedures in a timely manner.
7. Perform booth duty when required.
8. Maintain adherence to all Abbott standing Quality Procedures.
Reporting Requirements
1. Produce concise market and competitor reports for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and RSM.
2. Supply marketing with competitor device information.
Education and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with MS Office.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar technical support roles.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
