Due to an internal promotion, the Client has mandated us to find their next:
The role reports to the Team Lead Corporate FP&A of the group and covers the following responsibilities:
* Review the financial closing and produce accurate forecasting of expenses for central teams
* Serve as strategic advisor to directors of corporate functions (CEO, CFO, HR, IT…)
* Fostering a "business partnering" culture: helping the responsible of each BU by providing them with analysis of cost trends and related deviation analysis, defining together budgets and forecasts, controlling the ROI of marketing activities and investments
* Ensuring proper financial system and working culture harmonization by integrating different Business units with specific needs
* Build presentation content for monthly business reviews to the executive board and shareholders
* Participate in strategic projects to support business development (e.g., IPO)
* Continuously find opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time in reporting and planning
* Deputy of the Team Lead Corporate FP&A
The ideal candidate should bring the following skills and experience:
* A master’s degree in business administration
* Around 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis and controlling
* Advanced Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell skills. Intermediate Jedox, Abacus, Power BI, and SQL skills are advantages.
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
* Hands-on mentality, reliable, proactive as well as a solution-oriented way of working
