To strengthen our Enterprise Transformation team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager Workforce & Organizational Transformation (m/f/d)

7. Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.
8. Programme and project management in national and international environments.
9. Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.
10. Support and implementation of organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization.
11. Planning and management of training measures.
12. Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT.
Your qualifications
13. Academic excellency : outstanding bachelors or masters degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
14. Industry knowledge : several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
15. Consulting experience : practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
16. Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
17. Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
18. Digital affinity : very good MS Office skills.
19. Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
20. Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.
