Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries, providing detailed and tailored solutions to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering strategic consulting on the company's products and services.
* Collaborate closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
* Generate sales opportunities through proactive follow-ups and lead management.
* Assist in preparing quotes and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions to clients.
Your Requirements:
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* You have proven experience in sales and business development of industrial equipment.
* You are fluent in English, with a good knowledge of German or French.
* You possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
* You are a highly motivated and active team player, results-oriented with a 'hunter' mindset and a passion for acquiring new clients.
* You are willing to travel approximately 30% of your time.
