Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to drive our success in the Northeast region. This role will involve re-engaging inactive customers and building stronger relationships with small accounts, contributing to the growth and vitality of our brand.
This is a fully remote position, requiring candidates to be living in the northeastern United States. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales transactions, identifying new opportunities, and meeting quarterly objectives.
Responsibilities
* Conduct sales transactions with existing and prospective professional customer accounts using knowledge of Bellami's products, policies, and procedures.
* Achieve sales goals through lead development, conversion of inbound and outbound calls into sales and add-on opportunities.
* Maintain service levels by contacting all accounts in assigned vacant and non-rep territories monthly by phone.
* Contact all accounts in assigned vacant territories until the territory is filled with a full-time Inside Sales Rep.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with professional hair stylists or in the beauty industry.
* Knowledgeable and competent in the key elements of inside sales, including selling and getting results, customer qualification, acquisition, and business development.
* Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications and customer relationship management databases.
* Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information and data, and interface effectively with all levels in the organization.
