Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee culinary operations in designated areas, including the main galley or specialty dining outlets.
* Support the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in maintaining culinary standards and consistency.
* Supervise and inspire a diverse team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
* Manage food preparation, inventory control, and quality assurance to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
* Maintain high performance throughout the 5-month contract.
