The Europe Central Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to the AGS Europe Central sales team. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to establish, implement, and achieve key business objectives, including managing sales operations, executing growth initiatives, and providing strategic insights through data-driven analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units. They will work collaboratively with internal customers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, implement scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
This role entails:
* Partnering with AGS Europe Central leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Leveraging business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the Europe Central Sales Leadership Team.
* Designing and implementing operational governance models to drive business growth and improve sales efficiency.
* Developing scalable business mechanisms and tools to simplify and standardize sales processes.
* Fostering relationships and processes with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization and focused execution towards shared goals.
* Assisting Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.
* Generating regular analyses for goal tracking and operational performance.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
* 7-8 years of experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations, Business Development, or related fields.
* Proven track record of managing operations and driving business growth.
* Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into actionable business insights.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence results.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
* Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce and compensation tools.
* Excellent organization and communication skills in English.
