The manufacturing process for a high-end microchip involves over 1000 steps. Vacuum valves play a critical role as they are in close proximity to the semiconductor wafer and have a significant impact on process performance.
* We are looking for an experienced development engineer with expertise in sensors and vacuum technology to develop smart valve technology.
Your Key Competencies
* Engineering degree (MSc or PhD) in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
* Solid understanding of gas concentration measurement techniques and related sensors, including their applications in vacuum/plasma processing.
* Proven knowledge in developing complex systems and concepts, with experience in prototyping.
* Background in semiconductor-related vacuum technology and/or gas analytical techniques is beneficial.
* Experience in scripting (Python) for data processing is mandatory.
* Proficiency in modeling tools such as Matlab or COMSOL is desirable.
