* Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of ten years' experience as a Market Segment Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales professional in the industrial cooling sector, refrigeration, air conditioning, or related fields with an established network.
* Strong verbal and presentation skills including analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Possession of passion to build relationships and ability to inspire institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders with ideas.
* English language skills on a high professional level; other languages are an asset.
* Willingsness to travel more than 30%.
