Job Title
The Hotel Regina is ideally located in the renowned village of Wengen, in the heart of the Jungfrau region, offering a privileged setting among Switzerland's exceptional landscapes, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We are looking for a professional with a passion for and experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector, capable of combining operational excellence with strategic leadership.
Contract: Undetermined contract / seasonal
Missions
* To assume responsibility for F&B operations in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing service operations and Relais & Château standards.
* Comfortable with all types of service: à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others.
* Welcoming and serving customers, anticipating their needs.
* Assisting in the management of beverage supplies, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy forecasts.
* Be responsible for closing and opening of the F&B outlets according the Hotel standards.
* Playing an active role in coordinating banquet groups in collaboration with the Chef, helping to develop menus tailored to customer preferences while ensuring effective cost management.
* Knowledge of food and wine pairings
Prerequisites
* Holder of a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Language skills German, French or English.
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the hotel.
* Must have a real interest in their profession: motivation, involvement, and energy.
* Versatility and flexibility.
* Excellent presentation and team spirit.
