About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer & Brand Image Manager to lead and execute our brand’s content and influencer strategies from our headquarters in Basel. This role combines influencer marketing with brand image execution, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will build relationships with influencers, manage content creation, and oversee photoshoots and studio operations to elevate the brand’s presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with influencers across key markets, including Italy, Germany, and other European countries.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns to align with brand objectives and drive community engagement.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure high-quality content and alignment with Tally Weijl’s image.
• Content Creation & Brand Image:
• Oversee the end-to-end content production process, including photoshoots, video shoots, and visual storytelling.
• Manage the photo studio and coordinate all aspects of visual content execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.
• Ensure consistency across all content to maintain a strong and recognizable brand image.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to develop cohesive campaigns that amplify the brand’s impact.
• Provide creative input on campaign concepts and bring innovative ideas to elevate Tally Weijl’s content strategy.
Your Profile
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or brand management, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong network of influencer contacts across European markets.
• Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Tally Weijl’s #Unstoppable DNA.
