Job Description
Project Management
1. Management of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
2. Performing the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
3. Adherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers
4. Project team leadership
Corporate/Departmental Assignments
5. Training, mentoring and coaching of (S)CRAs, (S)CTAs, (S)CTCs and CTLs (non-project-related)
6. Participation in feasibility research
7. Assistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like
8. Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedure
Qualifications
9. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum 5 years of experience gained in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research
10. At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research
11. At least 2 years of global (project-level) clinical project management experience, including management of all projects phases from startup to closure
