SUMMARY : This position is to plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the effective operation of SIG Combibloc line equipment. The incumbent will possess excellent customer relations skills and must be qualified to do mechanical adjustments, trouble shoot and repair control systems. Promote improvement of line performance and efficiency as part of continuous improvement methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to the Filler Capital equipment leader on reporting and planning activities for the BIB&SP business.
Support the PCT approvals process in conjunction with the sales team.
Replicate best practices related CAPEX processes.
Prepare Filler CAPEX Control.
Prepare the reporting and planning figures for Filler income, rebates, depreciation, deferred revenue and CAPEX impacts for both P&L and balance sheet.
In charge of reporting variances between AC, FC, BU & PY on a customer/project level for main KPIs in P&L & BS.
Assists with continuous update of SAP masterdata conditions such as sales price and standard cost conditions, etc.
Follow up on SOX controls, for instance related to rebates (BON11) and extra-contractual approvals and Price changes (CON08 and OTI06).
Leverage Excel, Business Intelligence, and BH1 software to generate, manipulate and summarize data and be comfortable communicating findings and analysis with finance and operational team members.
You bring these skills, experience & education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required plus 3-5 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications- primarily Excel, advanced Excel analytic functions such as: SUMIF, VLOOKUP, nested functions, complex pivot tables, macros, etc.
Ability to work with data, create financial models and ad-hoc reports.
