On behalf of our client, Swisslinx seeks a Structured Sales Professional to drive business development and client acquisition in the trading industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage institutional clients including asset managers hedge funds family offices and banks
* Identify client needs and present bespoke solutions across the industry
* Build long-term relationships to enhance client engagement and retention
* Collaborate with internal teams to structure innovative financial products
* Provide technical insights to structure options swaps futures meeting regulatory standards
* Tailor structured product offerings to specific client investment strategies
* Stay ahead of industry trends and the evolving regulatory environment
* Act as a thought leader by contributing to whitepapers webinars and industry events
* Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the organization
* Collaborate with traders quants and legal teams to execute transactions efficiently and compliantly
* Maintain a strong knowledge of compliance requirements to mitigate risks effectively
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field advanced degrees MBA CFA are a plus
* 3-5 years of experience in structured sales derivatives or financial product sales within the Swiss market required
* Strong understanding of structured financial products derivatives and risk management strategies
* Demonstrated ability to develop and close high-value deals with institutional clients
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory frameworks
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
