Job Description
In a responsible role within the Retail Services Operations & IT business unit, you will serve as a bridge between the point of sale and headquarters.
You will be the primary contact for users of the POS and merchandise management system, as well as for operational inquiries related to day-to-day business at our sales locations.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the team in projects aimed at process optimization and the development of systems and processes in the retail sector.
* Advise retail departments on the evaluation and introduction of new technologies.
* Organize and implement user training courses.
Requirements
1. Commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies.
2. Technical understanding or interest in technical topics in the retail environment.
3. Connected, structured, and goal-oriented work.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Reliability, flexibility, and team spirit.
6. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
8. Initial experience in retail or the textile industry is an advantage.
