Summary: This position is responsible for promoting ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio, primarily targeting Beverage customers in the EMEA region. The role involves building new business and growing sales, while also participating in product development, technical service, and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives in the region
* Define a regional commercial strategy based on market analysis, consumer trends, and competitor landscape
* Recommend and build relevant portfolios for the region in collaboration with Management & R&D
* Provide application supports to meet customer demands and execute through collaboration with application interface and leveraging regional/global application structures
* Develop and execute regional technical service support processes and organizations
* Align go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate with marketing
* Attend sales events, exhibits, and trade shows
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales and product management of functional ingredients (prebiotics/probiotics/postbiotics and botanical extracts)
* Bachelor's degree in biochemistry/microbiology/chemistry/pharmacy/food science or similar field in human life sciences
* Previous leadership experience in successful market development, introduction, and commercialization of new products, and project management
* Able to collaborate across matrix organization and preferably at global level
* Key performance metrics include: revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Operational Profit (OP)
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages valued
