The role will support Shopping merchants and partners who integrate / use a variety of Shopping Platform features. You will work with internal teams within operations, product management, business development, engineering, sales, and more. You will also directly support third-party partners and Merchants who are trying to integrate or utilize Shopping features. Your responsibilities This position will serve as the primary POC for XFN stakeholders to enable ongoing launches through launch management and content, merchant support, and data analysis while informing strategy for support and merchant insights. Attend XFN meetings to understand needs related to upcoming launches, support issues, and data needs. Provide updates as needed. Provide ad-hoc support as needed: Enable launches and expansions by coordinating across multiple workstreams and product teams to create Connect Launch announcements, update or create new Help Center content, update comms docs, and surface gaps. Surface launches in XFN gTech meetings to ensure alignment across products Provide proactive monitoring and reactive data analysis as needed. Monitor cases, bugs, asset and feed dashboards to proactively identify issues and trends. Work with sales and metrics workstream to update and refine Merchant ROI narrative. Complete ad hoc data analysis as needed. Your skillset Bachelor’s degree in any field Either at least 3 years of experience in online shopping or 4 years working in a corporate environment with experience as a program manager Business fluency in English; other language skills are beneficial Experience managing stakeholder relationships Strong problem solving skills Strong analytical skills Strong email communication skills Your application Would you like to be part of the team?
