Dickies EMEA is seeking an exceptional Manager, Marketplace Marketing to join our Dickies team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
The company has a legacy of designing quality workwear and work-inspired apparel at an affordable price since 1922.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create long-term and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with the global brand strategy to support profitable growth within Retail, Key Account, and WHS channels.
* Collaborate with sales director, Sr. Manager SKA, and product teams to fulfill channel needs, ensuring consistency with EMEA go-to-market strategies.
* Develop and execute marketing plans, tactics, campaigns, tools, and initiatives to fuel demand, raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion.
* Track marketing activities/results and leverage insights to improve marketing solutions and drive revenue growth.
* Manage Channel marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.
* Work on account-specific seasonal campaigns with the marketing team, external agencies, brand & Creative teams from conception to execution.
* Maintain seamless workflow between Brand marketing/Creative teams, merchandising team, digital accounts, sales teams, external agencies, production companies.
Requirements for Success:
* Academic: University Degree or equivalent in Business or Economics.
* Experience: 5-6 years of brand marketing and trade marketing/strategic account management for a brand.
* Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken).
* 360-degree marketing vision with understanding of account/product/consumer nuances across distribution segments and touchpoints.
* Deep understanding of the Dickies brand with a passion for lifestyle fashion industry.
* Analytical skills: Critical thinking, logical, and constructive problem-solving.
* Strong communication skills: Articulating business direction and strategies to liaise between departments.
* Capacity to build key relationships and facilitate change by encouraging innovative approaches.
* Strong business acumen to identify business needs and marketing trends.
