Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects focused on core banking functionalities, ensuring alignment with the bank's objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Manage stakeholder relationships within the bank, acting as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure cohesive collaboration and understanding.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain project timelines, manage resources, and mitigate risks effectively.
* Monitor project progress, prepare regular status updates, and address challenges proactively to maintain quality and efficiency.
* Ensure that all technical and functional requirements related to the S2i core banking system are fully addressed, focusing on its unique specifications and the bank's operational needs.
Requirements:
* Languages: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in delivery management within the banking or financial sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in the S2i core banking system is essential.
* Project Management: Proven expertise in managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
* Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and with key stakeholders.
* Residency: Must reside in Switzerland for the duration of the mission.
