Project Scheduler - Pharmaceuticals - 3-Year Contract
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules for a major facility build project in Germany. The role involves mobilising resources quickly, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling:
o Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project’s objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases.
2. Resource Mobilisation:
o Quickly mobilise resources based on project needs and stakeholder feedback.
o Develop a mobilisation plan for resources, ensuring all required personnel are available and prepared.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
o Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure all project activities are aligned.
o Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and submit detailed project schedules.
o Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including any changes to the project scope.
o Provide monthly reports on spend to date vs. overall budget.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Extensive experience in scheduling and project management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, particularly in parenteral manufacturing.
2. Skills:
o Proficient in project scheduling software Primavera P6.
o Strong organisational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o Ability to quickly mobilise resources and develop comprehensive schedules.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
