Job Description
* To ensure seamless, uninterrupted service for our clients, you will play a critical role in actively monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all of our products and services.
* Your ability to adhere to internal procedures and escalate issues promptly will be key to ensuring swift resolutions.
* You will be responsible for accurately recording all incidents in our internal systems and proactively coordinating with various departments to guarantee quick and smooth resolutions.
* An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
* Additionally, you will handle phone calls and email inquiries from partners, providing support at levels 1 to 3.
* This position involves regular shift rotations, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with shift bonuses for weekend and night shifts.

Qualifications
* Solid hands-on experience with Linux system administration and Microsoft Windows is essential.
* Familiarity with JIRA and other tracking tools, as well as experience with Java-based applications, is highly beneficial.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a passion for investigating and identifying the root cause of issues, are crucial for success.
* Proficiency in Grafana/Python or any other coding/script language would be a major advantage.
* You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
