Implement and manage signalling links, including planning, routing, testing, documentation, and providing technical support to Comfone customers and peer
Proactively monitor the IPX signalling network and manage its capacity to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues before they impact service
Troubleshoot services and resolve technical incidents worldwide to minimize downtime and restore services efficiently
Provide 2nd-level on-call duty support to internal and external parties
Ability to script in Python, Linux shell and SQL, with knowledge of Linux system is a plus
