Responsibilities
* Understand client goals and challenges and work collaboratively to turn them into digital solutions
* Help clients advance their digital transformation strategy
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
* Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
* Develop and maintain expertise about industry and digital trends
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
* Maintain a well-established network in Switzerland, particularly with Product leaders and C-level executives
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
* Proven track record in account management or sales
* Deep understanding of digital products and digital technology
* Good understanding of key account management principles and strategies
* 8+ years experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise customers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in German and English)
