Summary
Supports all activities within the assigned Quality department. Contributes to the implementation, maintenance, and execution of the assigned Quality and/or Laboratory Systems in an effective and compliant manner.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
1. Provides technical and/or administrative support to the Quality Organization.
2. Performs simple, routine, repetitive activities as directed by supervisor.
3. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Laboratory Methods in an effective and compliant manner.
4. Provides assistance in the preparation of documents (e.g., reports, records, presentations).
5. Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Key performance indicators:
1. Customer satisfaction.
2. Punctuality rate.
3. Jobs done on time, following the specified cycle time.
4. Consistent compliance with GMP and Health, Safety and Environment guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
5. No complaints with regulatory inspections.
