- Integration in the structure ;
- Client Relationship Management : Maintaining good client relationship with private clients, affluent, HNWI and UHNWI and answering all their requests;
- Business Development: Identifying, targeting, and establishing relationships with potential clients in Germany and Swiss-German part ;
- Portfolio Management: Effectively managing existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new investment opportunities;
- Product Knowledge: Providing expert knowledge of investment products to guide clients in making informed decisions;
- Sales Support: Collaborating closely with the marketing and communication team to develop tailored strategies for the German market and the Swiss-German market;
- Contract Negotiation: Participating in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with local partners;
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Preparing regular reports on investment performance and client satisfaction.
- Participation of the day to day in the office.
Client Relationship Management & Business Development GER / ENGWealth & Asset Manager
- Diploma in Finance, Economics or Business;
- Similar and significant first professional experience in client relationship management and / or business development with private clients ;
- Strong interest and knowledge to financial instrument and financial markets;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and banking software;
- German native language;
- English fluent language;
- French as an asset;
- Easy going, willingness to learn, client oriented & sense of detail.
