ERP Transition Manager
We are currently looking to hire one person for this role in our Swiss HQ based in Ecublens.
Mission:
Leading the migration to a new ERP system, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing processes, providing strategic and operational oversight, to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruptions to day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
* Transition Plan Management:
o Formalize and monitor the transition plan, covering all critical phases (preparation, migration, stabilization, and hyper care), coordinating resources across project stages (allocation of human, technical, and operational resources).
o Oversee critical dependencies between interconnected processes (supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales, etc.), working with the Program Manager and Business Adoption Lead, coordinating Project Teams, as well as IT and Business Teams, to ensure the overall program's success.
* Business Process Optimization:
o Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to analyze, harmonize, and optimize existing processes. Gather post-go-live user feedback to adjust processes and resolve issues.
o Support industrial Supply Chain constraints, ensuring synchronization between IT teams, BU, and external partners. Support Execution in Manufacturing: optimized stock management and planning processes to meet short production cycles and specific customer demands (Make-to-Order). Synchronized SC flows in a Just-in-Time model to minimize production downtime. Reduced logistical costs and lead times, through process automation. Digitized production processes and implemented predictive maintenance. Complex bills of materials management and real-time operational tracking.
* Cut-over and Ramp Phases:
o Oversee the cut-over, data migration final testing, and go-live, ensuring successful ramp-down and ramp-up of systems.
o Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify risks and manage contingency plan for smooth business continuity. Change Management Support, including tailored user training and stakeholder education.
* Data Migration:
o Ensure the integrity of critical data (stocks, bills of materials, manufacturing orders) during the transition, through comprehensive testing (UAT), assist in performance validation to ensure process efficiency.
o Establish robust data governance to enable reliable, strategic decision-making. Adopt cloud technologies and IoT to enhance overall process performance.
* Post-Go-Live Support (Hypercare):
o Coordinate hyper care for rapid issue resolution and system stabilization, plan the transition to sustainable operational support.
Profile
* Experience in ERP transitions managing critical phases in complex industrial settings (Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay), for vertically integrated companies, with a focus on supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation.
* Technical expertise in ERP solutions related to SC and manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, with MES, Microsoft Dynamics). Project management proficiency. Cross-functional coordination and change management skills.
