Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team and drive our global sales strategy for our precision workholding and modular tool systems. This individual will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of workholding and modular tool systems in global markets, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence in the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry.
* Lead and manage the global sales team, fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company values.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of diverse markets.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the machine indexable tool and workholding industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both English and German. French is a plus.
