Job Description They key responsibilities are as followed: General Administrative Support : Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately. Organise and maintain the office filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Operations Management: Process daily banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.). Verify and reconcile client accounts. Monitor loan applications and ensure the updating of client files. Office Management : Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure timely reordering. Manage office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense reporting. Accounting Support : Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as preparing expense reports, data entry, and tracking payments. Support the financial team with managing records, tracking expenses, and liaising with external accountants. The Successful Applicant Qualifications required : A proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in a financial institutions in Geneva. Full proficiency in English, fluency in French is an asset. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
