Job Title: Perfume Marketing Manager
Bvlgari, a renowned Italian luxury brand, is seeking a highly skilled Perfume Marketing Manager to strengthen its Perfume Marketing department in NeuchȰtel. This senior role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate the brand's presence, drive sales growth, and nurture profitability in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing
* Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with the brand image and global plans, allocating advertising and promotion budget effectively to meet defined targets.
* Engage with retail partners to present and negotiate win-win trade plans, ensuring alignment on vision, execution, and expected outcomes.
* Create local go-to-market strategies for product launches, orchestrating marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, pop-ups, and in-store events from initial concept to final execution.
Retail Excellence
* Maintain high standards of excellence for flagship doors through visual merchandising updates and maintenance.
* Drive the creation and installation of new personalized corners with stakeholders, elevating brand image, enhancing customer experience, and meeting business needs.
* Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines, elevating brand image and ensuring efficient product portfolio coherency.
Amplification
* Lead and own PR and social media initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement, setting clear targets and expectations to maximize media coverage and brand visibility.
* Ccoordinate product seeding strategies with a locally based agency, fostering relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders through a curated Friend of House program.
* Plan and execute trade events and PR activations, enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
Business Analytics and Reporting
* Establish clear marketing performance targets, monitoring and analyzing results, making recommendations to improve marketing campaigns.
* Consolidate and share best practices, experiences, and expertise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Recommend investment priorities, track marketing budget, and evaluate ROI, reviewing forecasts to respond to market changes or strategic shifts.
* Synthesize the latest trends, innovations, competitive watch, and consumer insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry. Previous experience in the UK market is an asset.
Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives while ensuring brand identity adherence. Expertise in PR and social media strategies to amplify brand presence and engage target audiences effectively.
Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, fluent in English, and proficiency in French. Italian would be an additional asset.
