Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, values-driven content marketer to galvanize and grow our community and help communicate Heliax’s groundbreaking technologies to the world. You’ll work directly with the Head of Communications and collaborate across all functions, including engineering, business development, and research to develop and promote content for all our channels, from blogs to websites, social media, newsletters, and more.
The ideal candidate will be creative, self-directed, and familiar with the blockchain/Web3 technical and narrative landscape – equally capable of creating crypto memes and technical explainers – and most importantly, maximally aligned with the vision and values of Namada, Anoma, and Heliax.
This role requires excellent English-language writing skills, creative and strategic thinking, and the ability to digest, synthesize and simplify highly complex technical innovations for various audiences. The role is remote, but you can join the team at our current offices in London, Zug or Berlin. When remote, it’s preferred if you are mostly located near (+/- 3 hours) Central European time zone.
What you’ll do
* Research, produce, publish, and promote content for blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and more
* Manage and monitor our social media channels, publishing content and helping to surface relevant trends and discussions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Research, and Engineering, to gather feedback and address community needs
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our core products
* Collaborate with external partners and community members on content initiatives and industry reports
Your Background
* Expert content creator, writer, and editor. Experience with video or graphic design is a bonus.
* Web3/crypto native, conversant in industry trends, technologies, memes, and narratives
* Proficiency in social media and content management tools and platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple brands
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse community members and stakeholders
* Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics to track content performance and engagement
