Key Account Manager (f/m/d) – Neurology
A growing, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join its commercial team, focusing on the German Speaking Swissregion.
Responsibilities:
* Promote and support established and new products in thefield, aligned with strategic sales and marketing objectives
* Achieve defined sales targets (market share, revenue, call frequency, coverage) and report regularly to the regional sales lead
* Visit and engage with key stakeholders in private practices, outpatient settings, and clinics
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders
* Collaborate closely with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to support field activities
* Conduct territory, competitor, and customer analyses, using tools such as segmentation and targeting to guide activity planning
* Maintain up-to-date customer data and provide regular performance reporting
* Participate in training, congresses, and internal meetings to ensure continuous development
* Manage pricing discussions within company guidelines
Your Profile:
* Certified pharmaceutical representativeor academic background in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences
* Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry
Existing network in the CNStreatment landscape is highly desirable
* Proven experience across outpatient and/or inpatient settings
* Strong collaboration experience with MSL teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-oriented sales approach
* Highly self-motivated and goal-driven personality
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* Fluent German and good English skills
* Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic environment
