Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Compliance to join our Team as soon as possible, on an 80-100% workload.
As Head of Compliance, you will take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive Compliance Management System across the Infront Group. Your role is to identify and manage key compliance risks, ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior leadership, you will foster a culture of integrity and provide strategic guidance on compliance matters. Responsibilities
* Lead the Group Compliance Desk and oversee Local Compliance Desks in Italy, Germany, Austria, France, and the UK
* Provide day-to-day compliance advice to the business and support strategic projects, including assessing compliance risks in new business opportunities and acquisitions
* Conduct internal compliance audits and manage the annual group compliance risk assessment
* Develop and implement annual compliance training programmes to reinforce a strong compliance culture across the company
* Manage the Speak Up Line and conduct internal investigations in collaboration with external experts when necessary
* Lead the digital evolution of compliance by leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative IT tools to enhance compliance management and efficiency
* Utilise data analytics and technology to strengthen compliance monitoring and risk assessment
* Continuously enhance the Internal Compliance Management System (ICMS) to align with global best practices
* Oversee and manage the ISO certification process (ISO 37301 & 37001) as mandated by the Board of Directors
* Focus on key compliance areas, including anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, sanctions, competition law, supply chain risks, conflicts of interest, and fraud prevention
Your Profile
* You have 10+ years of professional experience in a similar function within an international company
* You hold a degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field; additional compliance qualifications such as CAS Compliance or CFE are a plus
* You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and align them with the objectives of the Internal Compliance Management System (ICMS)
* You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, ensuring compliance initiatives align with business goals
* You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with colleagues and promote ethical and lawful business practices
* You demonstrate resilience, independence, and persistence, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards
* You are confident in public speaking and delivering presentations to various stakeholders
* You are a team player, actively fostering collaboration across departments and encouraging a culture of compliance
* You are an active listener, taking time to understand different perspectives and ensuring clarity
* You are highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills, and work in an efficient and structured manner
* You uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all aspects of your work and you are approachable, reliable, and trustworthy
* You are proficient in MS Office and experienced in leveraging digital tools for compliance management
* You are fluent in English; German is an advantage, and additional languages are always welcome
