Overview This role in Argentina aims to drive a strategic turnaround for sustainable growth in the business. Will be responsible for operating the Argentine unit and leading transformative change. With oversight of a 50-person team, will unlock BIC's brand potential in Argentina, ensuring resilience and profitability in this dynamic market.
Activities Drive a strategic transformation, leading and executing a comprehensive organizational review encompassing structure, personnel, and processes to achieve sustainable growth.
Effectively manage change initiatives within the cluster, fostering a "one team" approach, and providing leadership to the 50-person team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.
Revamp all aspects of commercial operations, including a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and policies tailored to the local market conditions, driving market expansion and optimizing commercial policies for revenue generation and market share impact.
Maximize BIC's potential in Argentina, securing resilience and profitability in the dynamic and challenging local market.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain market share in the Human Expression category, ensuring its continued dominance as well as create and execute growth strategies to strengthen the Flame For Life and Blade Excellence categories, elevating their market position.
Drive key processes optimization, such as Joint Business Planning (JBP), Sales Force implementation, and Project Moneta, with a focus on GTM, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive digital, social media, and e-commerce initiatives to enhance the marketing strategy, leveraging these channels for brand growth and engagement.
Challenges Navigating the unpredictable political landscape, which involves adapting to changes in government policies, regulations, and trade agreements. This necessitates agile decision making to ensure business continuity and compliance.

Qualification Bachelor's degree
Advanced/Fluent English
Solid experience in leading sales teams, commercial strategies, and Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
Experience in the Argentine market within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies.
