Job Description:
* Modify existing content from the current website to align with the structure, templates, and page layouts of the new website
* Apply best web practices and the latest usability standards to the content for optimal user experience
* Generate metadata for effective recommendations, search functions, email alerts, and RSS feeds to improve content discoverability and engagement
* Migrate content from the existing Content Management System (CMS) to the new solution, ensuring a smooth transition
* Work closely with the Digital Communications and Content team, webmasters, and other business areas to ensure content aligns with the new website's needs
* Identify and implement opportunities to enhance content for the new website, ensuring it meets the target audience's needs
* Monitor and track the progress of content migration to ensure it aligns with project timelines and goals
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in web-based communications
* Proven content editing or copywriting experience (preferably in banking/finance)
* Proficiency in CMS and digital publishing
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and HTML
* Familiarity with Drupal CMS and visual communication tools is a plus!
* Strong written English, editing, and proofreading skills
* Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
