Job Description:
* Verify employee master data and act as the primary point of contact for TimeSheets support inquiries.
* Coordinate and provide weekly and monthly TimeSheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
* Prepare and import working hours from offshore locations, maintaining transparency in time tracking.
* Validate and allocate invoices from offshore locations to relevant projects, guaranteeing financial reconciliation.
* Optimize and develop offshoring processes within the finance area, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor costs and internal allocations, performing thorough reconciliations to ensure fiscal integrity.
* Act as a deputy for the Travel Desk, providing backup support during absences or peak periods.

* A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ (profile E / M) or equivalent education serves as a solid foundation for this role.
