This role is pivotal in identifying partners with potential, nurturing relationships, and enabling them to expand their impact within our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Identification and Coverage: Map and identify smaller partners within assigned territories or segments. Evaluate partners' potential for growth based on performance metrics, market insights, and alignment with our offerings. Develop a strategy to engage and prioritize high-potential partners for targeted development efforts.
* Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of smaller partners, ensuring they are supported and engaged. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, fostering loyalty and long-term collaboration.
* Business Growth And Enablement: Collaborate with partners to develop growth plans, focusing on areas like product adoption, market expansion, and sales enablement. Equip partners with training, resources, and tools to drive their success and maximize their impact.
* Performance Monitoring And Insights: Track partner performance against defined KPIs and growth objectives. Use data insights to assess partner potential and guide development strategies.
* Internal Collaboration And Advocacy: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align smaller partner initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Requirements:
* Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.
