Medacta International is searching for an HR Admin Specialist (part time 50%).
The HR Specialist is based at headquarters and provides essential support to the Senior Payroll & Administration Manager in ensuring efficient and timely HR operations activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
Assist the Payroll & Administration Manager with maintaining employee records and managing HR administrative tasks (including expenses claims management);
Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry and providing documentation for audits and compliance checks;
Support in the management of annual and periodic fulfilments, inherent to the management of employees;
Be responsible to liaise between and support the accounting department for all the payroll accounting activities;
Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., ABACUS, CEZANNE) to ensure data integrity and timely responses to inquiries.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
5+ years of experience in a Swiss company working on all aspects of payroll processes and related systems (including accounting activities and management of time & attendance);
In-depth knowledge of all HR practices;
Familiarity with HR systems such as ABACUS and CEZANNE is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
