Job Description/Responsibilities Bio : The Global Account Manager role reports to the Global Accounts and Strategy Leader and is responsible for managing workflow and helping to drive strategy across The Shop, our in-house consumer content agency (PR, media, creative & social) to deliver effective and efficient brand stories & content for our portfolio of global brands. The role will be the account leader for key brands and initiatives, specifically bringing campaigns to life across 2D design, packaging and shelf-back tools and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders from internal clients to in-house resources to external partners/agencies, own scorecard and budget reporting and will consistently bring ‘best-in-class’ practices from industry to grow capability.
This role is focused on cross-discipline Buzzballz projects, pulling strategy through media plans to consumer facing elements like PR, Social, TVC, OOH, radio, key visuals, shopper plans, packaging etc. and ensure measurement is in place.
This role will act as point person to integrate with the shopper & central brand teams to bring in and deliver against shopper insights and needs.
Work with brand teams to generate clear, inspiring briefs for the internal team. Review work from the internal team to ensure brand strategy is delivered and initiatives are created that drive sales and incremental growth.
Manage in-house agency portfolio budget across creative, PR, social and media teams, interfacing with commercial finance and accounts payable as well as the client brand teams to track spending and KPIs.
Leverage PPT and suggest optimizations to Workfront (software systems) to elevate effectiveness and efficiency of total agency team, and specifically own the process to deliver against & amplify holistic agency deliver for the portfolio brands.
Insights & Ideas - Inspire and participate in mining and defining insights across categories, brands and regions and coming up with culturally relevant, consumer facing ideas for creative, closure claims, compelling visuals, stunts, media partnerships, social posts, partners etc.
Use PDS for continuous self-improvement. Conduct optimal performance discussions with team members, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress.
Qualifications/Requirements Requirements MUST 4 years agency experience as an AE or equivalent applicable experience
4 years’ experience with design agency or similar role
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
A creative team player who is a natural communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong writing editing skills
Exceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skills
A drive to succeed and a willingness to lead
Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills
Strong brand building fundamentals
Skilled in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Comfortable building new processes and teams - must enjoy some ambiguity but also have the ability to set the course
PREFERRED High level of creativity and experience in creative development
Experience in multiple agency disciplines eg: creative, digital, packaging, in-store, PR, media
Physical Requirements Ability to travel (up to 25%)
