Media Manager (M/F) – 6-month Maternity Leave Replacement starting March 2025
We are looking for a talented and experienced Media Manager to join our dynamic Brand Media team. The Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of all media activities of the company. This role is crucial for enhancing our online and offline presence, improving our brand image, and achieving our marketing goals.
Job responsibilities
* Define and implement media strategies aligned with TAG Heuer ‘s global marketing strategy
* Develop and manage media briefs, guidelines (including digital), and creative adaptations for various media
* Analyze media campaign performance, produce detailed reports, and leverage data metrics for continuous improvement
* Structure and implementation of brand naming convention across all functions and channels
* Orchestrate assets with partners (monitoring the calendar and sending assets)
* Coordinate the proper deployment of the landing pages and local languages with local markets
* Collaborate with internal teams (Content, brand, ecom) and external partners (agencies, publishers)
* Conduct competitive analysis, stay updated on media sector trends, and manage the media budget to optimize ROI
Profile
* You have a master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital. Experience as a social media or media agency is a plus
* You are fluent in written and spoken English. French is appreciated
* You have experience in online and offline media campaigns development, execution, and implementation
* You have the ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups
* You have strong project management skills and excellent presentation and organizational skills
* You have a passion for the watch industry, new technologies and motorsport. Ideally you have already been immersed in the world of culture, lifestyle, tech, and sports media
* You have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
* Advanced knowledge of common analytics & social media tools (such as Google Analytics, FBM, Emplify, IAS etc.) is a plus
* You are curious, creative, and an out-of-the-box thinker, highly motivated personality with a can-do attitude
* Passionate about communications and how to engage with different audiences
* A great team player and inclusive member of the team
