We are currently looking for an experienced IT Supporter in Basel (Switzerland) to join our team on client’s side. A great opportunity to work in the Pharma industry with exposure to new technologies, in an international environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities IT Support 1st and 2nd level (remote and onsite) : Hardware (Printers, Scanners, Handheld devices), Windows
Support of Computerized Systems : Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy, user administration, and support the deployment of new tools, reporting periodically, performing system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups, regular contacts and cooperation with software providers.
Lab IT support : Prepare documentation of installations, implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions, troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems.
Requirements Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position, at a Pharmaceutical company
Strong IT background, preferably with Laboratory IT support experience
Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
Knowledge of different analytical software (user/power user skills)
Basic knowledge of Qualification V-Model (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Interest in Technical Writing and Software related topics
Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment
Flexible and team-oriented person
Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
Experienced working in multinational teams, sensitive to cultural differences and adaptable
Fluent English and German knowledge required, French knowledge is a plus
Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
