Your Responsibilities:
1. Leading, organizing, and planning a hotel kitchen
2. Creating and adapting high-quality menus
3. Estimating food requirements and calculating food and labor costs
4. Managing kitchen staff (up to 5 employees)
5. Ensuring compliance with nutritional, hygiene, and safety regulations
6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards employees and guests

1. Professional experience as a Chef
2. Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
3. High degree of leadership skills and reliability
