What it's about
We are seeking an Assistant to provide essential support to the Partners Group Privat Equity Health & Life team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team. This is a maternity cover role for 6 or 7 months, starting August.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls
2. Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with external agency, prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook
3. Process expense reports using Concur
4. Review, cross-reference, format and assemble investment documents and investor presentations
5. Maintain and update internal data and contact information in Outlook and internal database (Siebel)
6. Assist with event and conference coordination, booking catering and restaurant reservations, as needed
7. Assist with booking interviews for the team and co-ordinate candidate management with HR Recruitment
8. Answer phones, screen and route callers, handle inquiries, and provide back up to other administrative assistants

9. Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executive and upper-level management
10. Relevant degree with experience
11. Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new software and systems
12. Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
13. Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor to support client-facing department; enthusiastic team player contributing to a strong administrative support team.
14. Organized with high attention to detail; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
