Key Responsibilities
1. Represent Terumo products, technologies, and services among customers in your designated geography.
2. Lead account management for the cardiology portfolio in partnership with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
3. Manage administrative tasks and CRM aspects throughout the sales cycle.
4. Drive strategic and commercial development in your territory, regularly presenting outcomes to peers and senior management.
5. Address customer concerns, escalating within the organization as needed.
6. Build and maintain networks, proactively acquiring new customers while strengthening existing relationships.
7. Participate in local events and congresses, ensuring strong brand presence and insight into industry trends.
8. Contribute to budgeting and support the team to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
1. Higher education with a medical, paramedical, or pharmaceutical focus.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
3. Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
4. Commercially driven with a strong sense of collaboration and team spirit.
5. Flexible, able to work independently, and ready to step in where needed.
6. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, positive attitude toward change.
7. Analytical thinker with solid IT affinity (Power BI, Excel, MS Office, CRM systems).
8. Professional proficiency in German and English, Italian is a plus.
9. Residing in Switzerland, ideally between Bern and Zürich.
