Job Description
* Build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive service and client satisfaction.
* Develop and implement tailored investment, banking, and trust solutions in collaboration with specialists.
* Meet with prospects and clients, preparing and following up on meetings.
* Monitor portfolios, providing performance reviews and adapting strategies to meet client goals.
* Stay informed on market events and trends, assessing their impact on client accounts.
* Foster strong collaboration across bank departments and locations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high ethical standard.
The Successful Applicant
* At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in private banking.
* Strong understanding of investment, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation and wealth planning.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage a ultra-high-net-worth client portfolio.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Solution-oriented and proactive approach to client needs.
* High ethical standards, aligned with the bank's values and compliance requirements.
* Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to work in Switzerland.
