**Position:** Associate Clinician - Neurodevelopment
As an Associate Clinician - Neurodevelopment, you will provide high-quality assessments for children and young people.
The role involves conducting ADOS and/or ADI-R assessments predominantly for children and young people, requiring a strong understanding of autism and its presentation in this age group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ADOS and/or ADI-R assessments for children and young people with suspected or diagnosed autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
* Provide clear and concise diagnostic formulations through excellent report writing skills.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) during sessions typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2-5pm.
Requirements:
* ADOS and/or ADI-R trained.
* Minimum of 1 year independent diagnostic experience.
* Digital assessment experience preferred.
* Clinical qualification and registration in: Occupational Therapy, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing, Paediatrician.
* Clinical registration with HCPC or NMC.
* An excellent understanding of autism and how it presents in children and young people, and adults.
Working Arrangements:
1. Service hours are Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm.
