Position Summary
Rive Reine Learning Center is an immersive experience that has played a formative role in the development of Nestlé leaders for the past 50 years. It symbolizes the best of Nestlé: who we are and what we stand for. We are revitalizing Rive Reine to create a lighthouse of development, known for innovative collaboration and its impact on the business, while becoming a hub for the local and international community.
As the Rive Reine Learning Center Manager, you will be responsible for creating a future-oriented learning environment that integrates innovative learning technologies and methodologies, fostering dynamic development experiences that align with Nestlé's culture and values.
You will lead the Rive Reine Learning team and collaborate with Program Leads, Residence colleagues, and the Corporate Learning & Development team to host over 1,000 colleagues annually for leadership development experiences and many more for conferences, workshops, and other events.
Based on our strategy for Learning, Branding, and the Physical Space, you will lead the accreditation of decentralized leadership programs, modernize the Rive Reine brand, and ensure renovations proceed without disrupting learning programs.
You will also foster collaboration with the learning team at Nestlé Business Services to ensure effective administration, analytics, and service delivery, while maintaining engagement with universities and external institutions to cultivate strategic partnerships.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Learning & Development.
A Day in the Life of the Rive Reine Learning Center Manager
* Govern and manage the Rive Reine Learning Center as a hub for innovative learning experiences
* Partner with Capability Building Leads to develop a future-focused curriculum
* Provide expert guidance on learning design and leadership development
* Continuously evaluate and improve learning methods aligned with industry trends
* Drive the implementation of Rive Reine design principles across the campus
* Deliver unique learning experiences that align with Nestlé's values
* Lead communication efforts within the global Learning & Development community
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support and promote Rive Reine and Corporate L&D initiatives
What will make you successful
* A commercial, HR degree or equivalent, with management experience
* Solid background in Learning & Development (L&D) with strong facilitation skills
* Proven track record in project management for various initiatives
* Ability to manage senior leader relationships and collaborate across functions
* Curiosity to identify patterns and insights
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
* Experience in digitalization, with the ability to work autonomously
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is preferable
