Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will implement a digital sales strategy in your market scope to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve growth goals.
You will execute digital sales initiatives daily to meet sales targets, ensuring order growth, revenue, margin, market share, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
You will also contribute to the growth of the digital customer base.
The role is open globally, with locations in ABB offices in Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Manheim), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Spain (Madrid), Switzerland (Baden) or US (New Berlin).
* Implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope to improve market penetration and achieve growth aspirations.
* Execute digital sales strategy and initiatives to achieve qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Act as a critical contributor to the growth of the digital customer base.
* Sell digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
* Evaluate customer needs and promote understanding of ABB's complete product/systems/services offering.
Qualifications for the Role
We seek candidates with:
* At least 5+ years of experience in digital technology sales and customer management.
* A Growth Mindset with a demonstrated Doer-Hunter attitude.
* A proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth and market expansion.
* An excellent ability to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
* Demonstrated experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or other similar frameworks.
