How you can make an impact
* Lead bid process for signaling refits from opportunity identification to proposal submission
* Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially ETCS/ERTMS modernizations and further signaling solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and management
* Support the sales team with standardized solutions
* Continuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative products
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectives
* Represent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationship
* Evaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales team
* Train Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard marketing and sales material like product descriptions, offer templates etc.
How you will contribute
* Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economics
* Professional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and/or service
* Experience/further training in product management
* Experience in railway is seen as a big plus
* Open and communicative
* Independent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forward
* Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel across Europe (20%)
