Our client is an international sports federation.
Job Description
1. Ensure the establishment and monitoring of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
2. Support management in designing an organization fit for purpose.
3. Promote employee engagement and the development of company culture.
4. Attract talent and lead the recruitment process.
5. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
6. Implement and drive performance management, appraisal, and reward processes.
7. Identify training needs and develop training and career development plans.
8. Coordinate payroll with the fiduciary and maintain employee records in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
9. Participate in month-end closing activities and budgeting processes in coordination with the finance team.
10. Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
The Successful Applicant
1. Knowledge of Swiss labor regulations and high integrity.
2. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager.
4. Mastery of HR processes: talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
7. Change management skills and business acumen.
8. Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
