Job Description - Vice President, Head of Development Neurodegeneration
This role is responsible for leading the development of neurodegenerative disease treatments at Johnson & Johnson.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Disease Area Leadership Team (DALT) and Neuroscience Development Leadership Team.
* Develop and implement the Neurodegeneration development strategy in alignment with Disease Area Strategies.
* Ensure that asset development strategies are thoughtful and integrated, and capture key issues and alternative strategies.
* Represent the clinical development group to the rest of the franchise, including at SLT meetings.
* Make decisions regarding external presentation of clinical research data.
Qualifications:
* MD or equivalent degree.
* At least 15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical R&D.
* Experience in phase late phase study design, execution, and interpretation.
* Leadership experience in a multifunctional R&D organization.
